She got me into the service department the same day and made sure that my experience with Fields was perfect! She kept me informed all the way and recognized another problem through diagnostic testing and had both problems fixed. Jenny Oliveri was my salesperson and Robert Dunn Sales Manager...Jenny was fantastic, very detailed with my options and got me the best deal with just a ‘tiny’ extra help from Sales Manager. This is my 3rd BMW from Fields Daytona absolutely because of their service, caring and friendly attitude. Could not imagine better customer service anywhere. The staff work efficiently together to make the car buying event a pleasant experience. More
