Sales and Customer Service Excellence We just purchased our sixth or seventh BMW from the Daytona Beach facility. The dealership excels at both their sales and service divisions. Our sales We just purchased our sixth or seventh BMW from the Daytona Beach facility. The dealership excels at both their sales and service divisions. Our salesperson for years now has been Diane Karel. She has been a gem to work with always trying to find exactly what we're looking for and steering us wisely in our choices. This last purchase was somewhat challenging. We knew what we wanted, but there were not one to be found in anyone's inventory that matched what we wanted. Diane was able to find a vehicle that was scheduled to be built that had everything we were looking for and was able to put our name on that vehicle even though it was scheduled to be delivered to another dealer. The vehicle was delivered and prepped for pick up within the time frame we were given. Even though we had owned two of the same model previously Keith Rudnicky covered the features of the vehicle with us, which turned out to be very valuable, a lot of new features had been added since the last one. The entire purchase experience has always been good and this visit was no different. The other thing that keeps us coming back is the Service department. We have never had to have a vehicle repaired, but we do maintain routine and scheduled vehicle maintenance there and that has always been a positive experience. Fields has been excellent from sales to service. More

Recall I went this time to the dealer because of a recall on both my X5 and 325CI, staff is very friendly and helpful especially Patty at the front desk, bo I went this time to the dealer because of a recall on both my X5 and 325CI, staff is very friendly and helpful especially Patty at the front desk, both cars had to stay for a few hours so I got to use a loaner, while at the dealer the X5 gar a starting issue which they took care of and at a very reasonable price, all I have to say is thank you Fields BMW of Daytona for your help and your great customer service,.
