Amazing Customer Service Amazing customer service! Not only was the team at Fields quick and efficient, but courteous and caring as well. They made sure my transportation was Amazing customer service! Not only was the team at Fields quick and efficient, but courteous and caring as well. They made sure my transportation was taken care of while my car was being fixed, they were very quick in getting the car fixed, and they even changed my oil while it was in the shop so that I wouldn't have to take it back in as I just hit 10,000 miles when I brought it in to the shop. As much as I hate having to get my car fixed (in this particular instance for a cracked windshield), Chris and Alex made the process as easy and as painless as possible. More
