Great customer service I brought my 428i in for scheduled service and Jason the service advisor was wonderful to work with. My vehicle was serviced in a prompt manner and they provided a loaner car for my use. I will not take my car to any other dealership for service because Fields is the best. When I’m ready to purchase a new vehicle, I will certainly go to Fields. More
Great Service This was our first time at Fields BMW. Not having to fight Jacksonville traffic was a big plus. The dealership was bright and very comfortable. Window issue They were able to correct the problem with my windows by replacing a defective FRM. They went the extra step to find it was covered even though vehicl They were able to correct the problem with my windows by replacing a defective FRM. They went the extra step to find it was covered even though vehicle is a 2011. Everyone friendly and helpful. Only one criticism it was explained that it may have to stay overnight for programming new part, which it did but I never received a call letting me know for sure. More
