Treated like I was only car being repaired Unfortunate circumstances put me at Fields BMW. I struck a raccoon with my new M3 and knocked oil cooler off dumping all oil on I-95 at 1:30 in the Unfortunate circumstances put me at Fields BMW. I struck a raccoon with my new M3 and knocked oil cooler off dumping all oil on I-95 at 1:30 in the morning. The tow truck driver delivered me to the dealer about 6:30 A.M. some employees were starting to filter in and immediately started taking care of me. By 7 A.M. Pattie Rennie took charge and started mechanics on my car before their 7:30 start time . These folks worked to trouble shoot problems and came up with diagnosis. New motor! For the next 23 days Pattie kept me informed of insurance matters, ordering new motor and installing it. The engine replacement was beyond outstanding. It looked and ran like it did the day I bought it. The engine compartment looked like it was brand new. No scuff marks not even scratch marks on ANY bolts. This was a very demanding repair. The professional and personal conduct they gave me was without a doubt the best dealer experience I have ever had, and I have bought many new cars in my 64 years. If you need anything when it comes to service please consider Fields BMW. They even cook breakfast for you while you wait!! You will not be disappointed. More
