Drove almost 4 hours to buy a Jeep that I was told was available. The salesperson I was talking with never mentioned someone was already working a deal on it. I have one of the largest Jeep dealerships 5 available. The salesperson I was talking with never mentioned someone was already working a deal on it. I have one of the largest Jeep dealerships 5 minutes from me but I wanted this particular one so I drove to Asheville to buy it. Ten minutes before I arrive I receive a text saying someone was buying it and had been working a deal two days ago. Absolutely ridiculous not to tell me prior to almost getting there. This would have been my 3rd Jeep so I know this is one Jeep dealership I will never give a 2nd chance. More

I have an issue with my jeep wrangler which I believe I may have diagnosed as the problem and I was told there is a related recall. All that I have been trying to do is get a reasonable estimate of how much I should expect to spend on the repair, assuming I am correct. Before I got on here to leave this well deserved review of this company, I read other reviews and found a very consistent pattern of problems with the service dept. The most important lesson I learned from this ridiculously lacking customer service, is that my new Jeep will not be purchased here. More
