Initially started my search online for a new truck. Eventually hooked up with Daniel, the internet Sales Manager. We talked (phone/email) for the better part of a week and worked out a deal prior to me driving 5 hours to buy the truck. However, along the way Daniel passed me off to Jordan. I don't know if this is normal protocol or not, but it didn't sit too well with me. Moving on, I made the long drive to pickup the truck on a Sunday. The truck was NOT ready when I arrived. Once the truck came out of the detail shop I gave it a once over, and the detail was extremely rushed and sloppy. So the truck had to go back into the detail shop again to be cleaned properly. The trucked finally came out of the detail shop (still not pristine) so I thought I was good to go. Unfortunately, that was not the case, now the floor mats were no where to be found. Jordan did locate some mats for the truck after searching for a while. When I purchased the truck it was written in the deal to get a key and key fob made since there was not a fob with the vehicle. I was instructed that they would make the key/fob and then mail it to me. Once I arrived home I heard from Jordan that they could not make the key/fob without the truck so I would have to go to a local dealer and pay for it out of pocket and be reimbursed. That took another two hours and me leaving work early to get accomplished (still waiting to be reimbursed). I understand that not everything goes as planned all the time, but the tipping point for me was the day after I bought my truck I noticed a small trim piece missing that I overlooked prior to purchasing. Granted I should have looked over the truck better and caught that, but I didn't. So I reached out to Jordan to see about getting the piece shipped to me (its a 2018 truck). I was informed that it was not in the original deal and they wouldn't be able to supply me with it. It is very unsettling to me that I spent $40,000 on a truck (I love the truck), and the dealer won't replace a missing $23 trim piece (my cost, so the dealer could probably get it for $12). All in all it wasn't a horrible experience, but it was far from being the best dealership experience that I have ever had.

I wanted to recognize Victor Romero who did such a great job and very professional. Found us a Ford Mustang that was beautiful that my husband loved but didn't work out for our family right know. We will be back someday to get it. Thanks Victor for finding us the Ford Ram that we love so much. You are great at what you do. I wish you nothing but the best. God bless you. We enjoyed our experience at Georgia Mini and it's because of people like you... Thanks for letting my little girl ride the bike while i was doing my paper work.
