as-is Don't sign the as-is waiver if you buy a used car! They will not help you out if something goes wrong after you drive off the lot. They claim that ".. Don't sign the as-is waiver if you buy a used car! They will not help you out if something goes wrong after you drive off the lot. They claim that "...a vehicle purchase isn't over after you've signed all the paperwork." Trust me - it's over - you are on your own!!!! Legally, they don't have to do anything for you if you sign the as-is waiver, but morally they should. A 5-day buy back option would be a good starting place. More

As a woman, I have had my share of not so great experiences while car-shopping in the past (lots of mansplaining, the sales person speaking to my male sidekick instead of me, etc.). I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated. Joseph was engaging, personable, respectful of my needs as a customer, and straightforward. I traded my car and that was also a very easy, painless process. I did not feel pressured at any point. My 2014 Jeep Patriot is everything I wanted in a car, but the customer service is what really made a difference. I will definitely contact Joseph again for any future purchases. More
