Very helpful and knowledgeable. Love my car. Returning Mazda owner. Great customer service. I will definitely buy another Mazda when it comes time to trade my Cx-50 again. Love my car. Good service and nice people. They finished earlier than they expected. Lobby was comfortable and they had free coffee and snacks. They finished earlier than they expected. Lobby was comfortable and they had free coffee and snacks. More
I had a scheduled appointment for oil change and tire rotation and arrived 30 minutes early. Zachary seemed annoyed with my early arrival and repeated to me multiple times that he would need to wait unt rotation and arrived 30 minutes early. Zachary seemed annoyed with my early arrival and repeated to me multiple times that he would need to wait until my scheduled time to take my car up to service. Also I never received a video prior to the technician starting my service or any explanation of my tires wear or condition? Zachary kept referring to me and my significant other as Mr and Mrs Shepherd…when he had no knowledge of who the person was with me nor did he bother to ask! The service was completed, but there was no feeling of good customer service, no rather as my significant other stated “this is the most boring dealership I’ve ever been to” … no one seemed happy in their job or glad to serve us: More
Dealt with saleswoman all day yesterday via text. Went to look at CRV at 6 pm. Only drove around the parking lot. Liked car but had to get with my credit union this morning and I wanted to drive it a farther distance. The manager wanted a deposit. I offered $100. He said he had to have $500. Fast forward to this morning. I began texting sales at 7:14. Wasn’t called back until 9:42. Told car was still available!! Drove there and they said it just sold for $500 MORE than I was going to pay. Seriously, completely sold it out from under me. Good luck Mr. Fields. I hope your other 71 dealerships don’t act like this :( More
