Personally I think Jax at mazda is a really great person and is in tune with his job. My while experience he checked on me he sent warning when it was time to have my car serviced and kept me updated on eve and is in tune with his job. Horrible. Bait and switch. Had pre-approval for an easy close. ( I hate buying cars). They advised higher rate than approval.i pointed this out and was ready Bait and switch. The So called new manager sat with me, my wife and saleswoman. He claimed he was the new manager and was he was there to help,and matched rate. He circled rate, signs it, all is good. Get to f &I guy, guess what? Rate is the same, and payment is exactly the same. Claimed he lowered price to keep the same payment ( not rate). Go to closing with the F%I manager, rate the same and payment the same.( I should have done the math) The manager came back in tried to tell my wife and I did not hear what he promised,circled and signed. And tried to now read the small print. The F%I man apologized for the horrible disclosure, and sent him to find this form.( Claimed I was aware of rate. He had the first payment, before I pointed out the rate I was approved for).He then located the form curled up and thrown away and still tried to xx (LIE) his way out of this. We closed because my wife liked the car. Now I will have to refi the loan. My mistake closing, but I will never recommend and will advise anyone this is not the place. This is a huge dealership. Good news is my saleswoman was great. And no, I never do this ( bad reviews) Horrible experience. Do not recommend!!!!!! More

I had an excellent experience buying a car at Fields Mazda. Kevin and Gage were helpful, knowledgeable and best of all, not pushy. They helped me with all of the new tech on the car. Fields also blew ot Mazda. Kevin and Gage were helpful, knowledgeable and best of all, not pushy. They helped me with all of the new tech on the car. Fields also blew other car brands out of the water with their interest rate offer. This made for an easy decision on purchasing a Mazda over other brands. I recommend this store. More
