Service department needs to establish a relationship between online service appointment scheduling and actual labor availability and lunch schedules. An 11am appointment for an oil change and rotation between online service appointment scheduling and actual labor availability and lunch schedules. An 11am appointment for an oil change and rotation should never take 3.5 hours to complete when Nicole stated an estimate of 1.5 hours when car was turned over for service. After 2 hours I asked for status update, after nearly 3 hours received video indicating filters needed replacing. I would expect good service to include an explanation and new time estimate at the 1.5 hours mark. I would categorize Nicole’s service as indifferent to my concerns about the non-relationship between an appointment time and time estimate versus the actual situation. When I asked what I should do to schedule an appointment that is performed in a reasonable time, I was told I should plan to arrive when the shop first opens. This needs fixing. Is not our wait time a concern? I get texts or calls from sales every month wanting to know if I am ready to buy a new CX-50, now having doubts about establishing a new long term relationship with this service department. More
