As always has been my experience at this dealership, they treat me with respect. How did they do that? They work with me to make an appointment that works for me, they provide a car when I ask for one, if I treat me with respect. How did they do that? They’re courteous AND they wash my car for me while it’s there! But seriously it’s just a good experience, every time I leave my car for service and every time I buy a car. I have bought two cars from them over the past 10 years and the next one I will likely buy from them again. More
I worked with Mrs. Mann and she was very patient she was understanding and she helped me get loaners even though I didn't agree on certain type of cars offered. She worked edquately to get my car back as soon as she could. Even though they had my car for staffing teasons. I promise if you need a loaner or if you need some help with anything i recommend finding Rebekah Mann. She is the new service manager! Awesome lady!! More
Took my car in for a diagnostic appt, I was literally the first person in the shop and it still took 3 hours. The first guy I encountered was rude and dismissive. The second guy was nicer, but I only saw him first person in the shop and it still took 3 hours. The first guy I encountered was rude and dismissive. The second guy was nicer, but I only saw him twice in 3 hours. Paid more than $100 more for the exact same service/part than I was originally quoted. A part that's integral to the car working as designed and has a paltry 1-year warranty. More

After many years getting my car serviced, I'm very disappointed. While the service was fine and Rebecca tried to do her best, her support was NOT! First, I was turned away and had to make an appointme disappointed. While the service was fine and Rebecca tried to do her best, her support was NOT! First, I was turned away and had to make an appointment and come back for an oil change. Your policy changed, but you didn't let existing customers know (who were accustomed to Express Oil Change. Then I was offered a car was at the end of the service, only to find out I'd have to wait 2 more hours to get it. There were no other service customers around, so I inquired. I found out that I had to wait until after cars being delivered were washed. As a long time customer, why couldn't my car get squeezed in, since it was offered? What happens when a newer buyer comes for their first service and has the same experience? Not a good was ro form or keep a relationship! I will shop elsewhere first after this experience!!! More
