Car buying is tedious at best and my wife hates it but we had as good as experience as we could have working with both our sales lady Johnna and the sales manager Alec. First time having service at this dealership. Service was performed with no issues. I suggest that the Service Technicians spend less time on videos of what services they have performed and jus Service was performed with no issues. I suggest that the Service Technicians spend less time on videos of what services they have performed and just focus on getting the job done. Let the Service Writer provide the updates to the customer and provide the summary of what services were accomplished. That might shorten the wait time for the customer.
