First time having service at this dealership. Service was performed with no issues. I suggest that the Service Technicians spend less time on videos of what services they have performed and jus Service was performed with no issues. Let the Service Writer provide the updates to the customer and provide the summary of what services were accomplished. That might shorten the wait time for the customer.
