I think the dealership is improving vastly from when it first took over the business. Efficient, and added complimentary snacks, beverages and car wash. Chad, AS EVER, is a big asset and I hope the dealership recognizes this and rewards him accordingly! I have dealt with him since I bought my Mazda 3 - 5 years ago and was relieved when he stayed on after the sale! The entire place seemed to have a relaxed vibe this time around. With an ordinary two week period for scheduling a brake job I needed right away. Rebecca “fit me in” during the midst of labor shortages and completed the work overnight.
