Not bad but could use improvement. Kevin was great and we came to an agreement on price without having ti do hours of going back and fourth. After I was ready to go and paperwork was done they wouldn’t let me leave until the Mazda app was downloaded to my phone and it was set up. Like wouldn’t let me leave. That is not good what if people don’t want extra apps on their phone? Dealerships should not make people do this More

We just took delivery of a 2021 CX-30 and I could not have been happier with the sales process and customer service we received. Jason McLean took us through the entire purchase process and located the have been happier with the sales process and customer service we received. We never felt pressured and he was patient, working with Frankie Waters to put together the perfect finance package that fit our budget. We did most of the paperwork online, and Frankie walked us through everything, step by step. Finally, a big shout out to Kevin Garces and his wife for delivering the car and teaching us how to set up all the safety and technology features of the car. Overall, we would 100% buy from Fields Mazda again. Thank you to everyone that worked with us. More
Sales process excellent. Fair price on trade in and matched another’s dealers online ad. Car not in stock but located and delivered in three days. HOWEVER. Paperwork and financing took over three ho matched another’s dealers online ad. Car not in stock but located and delivered in three days. HOWEVER. Paperwork and financing took over three hours with mistakes on vehicle ID. Finance guy had no idea how to handle electronic title from my state. Overcharged on deposit and blamed me for not checking receipt discovered 45 minutes after I left. Told he would order paper refund, found out week later he never had. Dealership is totally disorganized and they blame it on short handed staff and lack of managers. A YOU problem More

Not only was I an inconvenience to my sales rep – never issued an apology, but the disorganization, and blatant rudeness of some of the staff was a no from me. This place is not only chaotic, and they only care about closing the deal, not the human interaction. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor can stress enough to spend your time and money elsewhere. More
I had narrowed my search to another Mazda 6 and a Hyundai Sonata. When I first reached out by e-mail I received a call from the sales person, JR. when I returned his call he said that he was with another cli Sonata. He did not return my call until I sent another e-mail asking to work with a different person. That was my first impression of Fields Mazda. As there were no other Mazda 6's in the immediate area I went to Fields Mazda to see and test drive a 2020 Mazda 6. When I went to the dealership to test drive the car, JR was my sales person. I found him to be very pushy (almost aggressive), very high pressure, and he kept pushing the fact that the current offers and incentives would expire at midnight and that if I did not but that day I might lose a good deal. Additionally, he kept putting down the Hyundai as being a great car but horrible depreciation. It just seemed that his only concern was to sell the car, not help me determine if the Mazda 6 was the right car. More
