After I was ready to go and paperwork was done they wouldn’t let me leave until the Mazda app was downloaded to my phone and it was set up. Like wouldn’t let me leave. That is not good what if people don’t want extra apps on their phone? Dealerships should not make people do this More

Sales process excellent. Fair price on trade in and matched another’s dealers online ad. Car not in stock but located and delivered in three days. HOWEVER. Paperwork and financing took over three hours with mistakes on vehicle ID. Finance guy had no idea how to handle electronic title from my state. Overcharged on deposit and blamed me for not checking receipt discovered 45 minutes after I left. Told he would order paper refund, found out week later he never had. Dealership is totally disorganized and they blame it on short handed staff and lack of managers. A YOU problem More
