Yes, that sounds really cheesy, but our experience with dealerships has been frustrating. After meeting Kevin and the sales team at Skyland , (Glen, Tre, and Betsy) we felt like we were truly being looked out for and we knew we couldn't get a better deal anywhere else. Kevin knew my husband wanted a black on black SUV with AWD and specific features. They had one on the lot that was almost perfect, except for the color, so without hesitation the team there got on a mission to get us financing and the perfect SVU delivered to the dealership within 2 days. (We went in 1 hr before close on Saturday and the new SUV was waiting for us on Tuesday). He made sure the paperwork, trade-in, and overall buying experience was simple and not stressful. (This was a must for me as I had surgery the day the SUV arrived). Kevin not only understood he even checked in on me in the most genuine way. We love the new Mazada and I know my husband could not be happier with his decision! Bottom line, if you want no hassle, simplified paperwork, friendly and no-pressure customer service you must go see Skyland. I am already looking into trading my SUV before my lease is up because dealing with Skyland is such a vast improvement to say the least vs the dealership I did business in the past. Their selection is vast and the fact they found the exact Mazada he wanted and had it brought in that quick without any push-back meant everything to seal the deal. Chad Barnwell and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive -- great communicators -- and seemed genuinely happy working for Skyland Automotive and working with customers and each other! The waiting area has comfortable seating for both relaxing and working on laptop, etc. Free snacks were provided (including fresh fruit). Ultimately, because some of the services ended up requiring more time, I was offered (and accepted) a loaner (2017 Mazda 9) for no extra cost. Within 24 hours, Chad called to let me know my car was ready. I drove the loaner car and picked up my car the next morning. The paperwork was detailed and itemized, easily understood, and Chad took the time to explain each item and the cost. I took several coupons I had received either via mail or email, and the reductions in price were a great savings! I have used Skyland Automotive exclusively for anything related to my 2008 Mazda MX5 and will continue to do so because of their attention to customer service and expertise. More
