My salesperson was Skeeter Coin and I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of all the cars I looked at. Her enthusiasm to try to find what I needed and wanted and concern for what was best for me really impressed me. She should be seen as a Mentor with Skyland for new sales people who come there to work. I have told many of my friends and family about my experience and will continue to do so with anyone who is looking for a new car. More
service quality is awful Went in for a speaker warranty issue and came back with a loose door panel. Took it in for repair and to have the wheels rotated and came back with a Went in for a speaker warranty issue and came back with a loose door panel. Took it in for repair and to have the wheels rotated and came back with a damaged tire and wheel. Dealer replaced the tire at cost but out-of-hand rejected any notion that it could have been their fault, so I was stuck with a $200 bill for a new tire. They would not even acknowledge the coincidence that this was noticed subsequent to the tire rotation, nor they take into consideration the previous poor workmanship resulting from the earlier warranty repair. I attempted to escalate my concerns to upper level management but was put off each time, either through non-returned calls or redirects to the same lower level supervisors. Considering the size of the business it is disappointing that they require burden of proof to be put on the customer, thereby losing future sales over a 200 dollar tire. More

Exceeded expectations First new car purchase since 2005. Samantha was very helpful in guiding us through the sometimes stressful process of the new car purchase experience. There was no sales pressure and everything was handled with professionalism and respect. Due to the unavailability of a vehicle that was optioned to our specifications, an order had to be placed. Fortunately, the vehicle arrived sooner than expected. The delivery process went equally well and Samantha spent as much time as we needed to familiarize us with the vehicle, set up our cell phone Bluetooth, started our XM service, gave us a tour of the service area and introduced us to the service manager. Katherine in customer relations spent some time giving us more info about dealership services and Ann in the business office closed the deal quickly with efficiency and a smile. Everyone we've met at Skyland has been friendly and courteous. We look forward to a continued relationship. More

We were shopping for used, but their new prices were comparable to "gently used" at other dealers, so we bought new. We were assisted byGlen Gasbarro (August 2015), & liked him so well, we will very likely return for another family vehicle, in a few months. Glen took around the dealership and introduced us to the service manager for our make vehicle. The service manager took us to the service garage and introduced us to the service team leader for our make ( this is a multi brand dealer). Jan in the financial department got us out iAll were polite & friendly and made us feel welcome & happy to serve. Our experience was great, and we will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.
