From the time I drove onto the car lot to the time I bought the car, my experience was pleasant. Chris did his best to be totally helpful. Start to finish, one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Debbie was not high pressure, but was able to answer all my questions. After test driving my vehicle first thing in the morning, then going to several other dealerships to test drive several other vehicles, I returned to Skyland early afternoon and completed the purchase. I had a very good experience at skyland. My sales person, brad belcher, was great. He helped me get the payment and price that I wanted. He was not pushy at all which I highly approve of.
