Quick, excellent help. Friendly personnel and helpful. Service personnel were quick to attend to my needs. Made me feel welcome and went about their duties in a professional manner. Chad Barnwell and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsi From the initial call to picking up my Mx5 the whole experience was excellent! Chad Barnwell and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive -- great communicators -- and seemed genuinely happy working for Skyland Automotive and working with customers and each other! The waiting area has comfortable seating for both relaxing and working on laptop, etc. Free snacks were provided (including fresh fruit). Ultimately, because some of the services ended up requiring more time, I was offered (and accepted) a loaner (2017 Mazda 9) for no extra cost. Within 24 hours, Chad called to let me know my car was ready. I drove the loaner car and picked up my car the next morning. The paperwork was detailed and itemized, easily understood, and Chad took the time to explain each item and the cost. I took several coupons I had received either via mail or email, and the reductions in price were a great savings! I have used Skyland Automotive exclusively for anything related to my 2008 Mazda MX5 and will continue to do so because of their attention to customer service and expertise. More

Replace the clutch I had an issue with my used Miata......Chad had it checked out and ,agreed with me that the Clutch was needing replaced......The cost of repairs was I had an issue with my used Miata......Chad had it checked out and ,agreed with me that the Clutch was needing replaced......The cost of repairs was an issue..( im retired and fixed income)....Chad went to bat for me and a reasonable soulition was agreed on by me and Skyland.....I got my car back today...and its a great deal easier to drive n shift gears....I do APPRECIATE any dealer that will listen to the customer, and try and find the best soulition....and I feel Skyland did do just that.........Thanks alot.....Lonnie Fuqua More
