Ron found us just the rig We purchased a Sprinter and a Metris this year from Ron Bigler and I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Ron found us just the right vehicle at just the right price when we purchased the Sprinter. We are a systems integration company out of Central Florida (Future Home Integration) and the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. The team quickly became attached to the Mercedes product and it looked like we would continue the fleet with more Mercedes. Company growth prompted the purchase of a Metris. It was a very busy time and I could not personally make it down to the dealership so I relied on Ron to once again find me the right vehicle at the right price and in a hurry. We did the entire deal over the phone and they even delivered the vehicle right to our shop. So far we absolutely love the Metris and are already looking at another one. One of the perks we enjoy most is the availability of a loaner van. During maintenance and minor warranty issues it is so nice to be able to continue business as usual. Another first rate experience at Fields Mercedes Had an issue with the sound system in my 2014 350ML. Called my go-to service writer, Justine Callahan, as soon as they opened and within 20 minutes I Had an issue with the sound system in my 2014 350ML. Called my go-to service writer, Justine Callahan, as soon as they opened and within 20 minutes I was at the dealership and paperwork completed. He called me later in the day to tell me they had fixed the sound system following a recently updated directive from the factory. I was concerned that a replacement sound system would eliminate all my uploaded music (which, by the way, is a flaw in MB's engineering as they have yet to figure out how to upload then download music from a trade-in to a new car. It's a good thing I love my Bluetek ML as I plan on driving it until one of us drops). I could not be more happy with ongoing quality service I receive from the dealership and also very much appreciate the complementary car wash I take advantage of a couple of times a month. Great dealership and great service department. More
