He also helped me with a small request I had which was to program my car key for my lights to go off faster. That may seem like a small request but he did not have a problem with it and did it with a smile. Little things do matter in dealing with a car. More

We had b Looking back, we wonder why we hadn't considered Fields Motorcars, right from the start! Ron Bigler, exceeded our expectations, in every way. We had been GM owners for most of our lives, so we were very excited to experience Mercedes Benz, for the first time, and with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly sales rep. Our test drives, we're very fun, exciting, and informative. Ron made sure we experienced the MB GLE 350, in and around the city, and on the Interstate. This was by far, the most fun we have had, test driving an automobile! Ron helped us to chose the right vehicle, and at a great price. The one thing we don't enjoy doing, is all the paperwork, that's involved in getting a new car! That being said, Ron, and Gary B., helped us to quickly navigate through all of the paperwork, in very little time. That part was quick, and painless! Ron, showed us many of the features, that our new GLE350, has, during our test drives. He gave us a good idea, on how most of them worked, and also introduced us to Natalie Torres. Natalie gave us a more detailed and in depth instructions, on how to use all of the gizmos, and gadgets, that adorn our new vehicle. There's a whole lot to take in, and I mean lots! Natalie was very helpful in setting up our new SUV. Showing us how the "self parking" worked, was somewhat daunting, but we think we have the hang of it? That feature, is very cool! Knowing that we can come back anytime, for more "one on one" instruction, is great. We plan on coming back a few times, to learn as much as we possibly can! We want to thank everyone, that made getting our new vehicle a most enjoyable experience! We can't think of better people, or a better automobile dealership, anywhere in the Tampa Bay vicinity. Knowing that we got our Mercedes, from Fields Motorcars, really gives us the peace of mind, that we will always be taken care of, by the best of the best! Excellent service Had prompt, courteous and excellent service. I am disappointment however with my sl 550 breaking design which has nothing to do with the dealership. The breaks feels like your riding them as you break. Grinding feeling and pedal is deep to break, Claim it's all normal but it seems that other owners have the same complaint. Not right for a 120 k dollar vehicle...it's my only disappointment and considering not keeping the vehicle. Thank you More
