I went to sell my car and meet with used car manager Greg Brown, he was EXTREMELY rude. I didn’t appreciate that he spoke to me as if I had no clue what I was talking about or what I needed to do. When I ask Brown, he was EXTREMELY rude. I didn’t appreciate that he spoke to me as if I had no clue what I was talking about or what I needed to do. When I asked him for the paper with the purchase offer price he said “no, my word is good and my tech still needs to drive it to make sure everything is good. Plus’s how are you going to pay me the extra money and I’m not going to give you a deal unless you tell me “I want to sell my car right now”” when I responded with “my boyfriend will pay that” he said “well he needs to be here now”. It was just a horrible experience and now they will never have my business. That is not a way to gain customers, nor is it good customer service. More
