We were rushed and overcharged for a used vehicle and not given any information on our payment methods until after signing. I kept asking for the value of the vehicle and they added thousands more than the asking price. They priced the car as if it was brand new yet being a 2018 year and the lowest trim. I kept asking for more information about pricing and what my credit came back as and they kept dodging the question. They lied about how long the vehicle was at their dealership saying it was brought in a week prior, yet their online website said it was there for more than 50 days. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until after we drove home that the screen on the dash was filled with some sort of oil and completely ruined the screen’s touch sensitivity. Its been more than a week after and we still have no word on the part they said they were going to order. We should have went to Honda next door and got a Brand New Vehicle at a lower APR and monthly payment and also lower total cost. Alot of my questions were dodged and ignored and I feel like we were definitely over charged and taken advantage of with our credit. We should have chosen a different dealership. More
