The first option we drove wasn't quite right, so he asked some more questions about what it was I didn't like and showed me another option that would better suit my needs. The 2nd option was perfect and since I live down the street from the dealer we test drove my new Murono to my house to make sure my string bass would fit in the back. I felt very comfortable doing this with Stephen and found out that some one he works with lives across the street from me! Stephen and I also found out, through the great questions he asked me about what I needed in a vehicle, that we have worked and know some of the same people. literally 6 degrees of separation. Stephen also knew I had a time crunch the day I was looking because I had to pick up my 7 yr old from school. We talked about what I wanted for payments etc and he told me to come back later. I literally was so happy I wasn't going to be late to get my daughter I could have hugged him! Later my husband stopped by to look at the car and had a pleasant experience with Stephen. He said it was the easiest transaction with a car salesman he had ever experienced. Thank you Fiesta Ford for such a great experience and for hiring professional and happy people like Stephen, Edgar, and Ron!!! I have bought 4 vehicles in my life so far and I will absolutely give Stephan's card to anyone and refer them to him and to Ron Olson who patiently emailed me each month about promotions and options since I first inquired about a newer vehicle last May or June. Because Ron continued to clientele me and because of Stephens service and knowledge of the cars I was purchasing I now own a newer vehicle and am thrilled with my experience. My husband will be looking for an upgrade in the next few months and we will go back to see Stephen and the team at Fiesta Ford!!! More
I was in the market to replace my two year old sedan with an SUV. After researching several mid size SUVs I decided to look online at the Escape in greater detail. I was contacted by Fiesta in order to answer any questions I may have had from my search. At the dealership the next day I met Ron Olson, internet manager. He introduced me to Ben Martinez who was from the start very accommodating, answering every question I had and offered a test drive. I told him that I needed a day or two and we kept in touch. He and his manager made the deal on the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. After completing the paperwork with Isaac Calderon, who was careful to made sure everything was explained fully, Ben spent about 30 minutes explaining the operational features and details of the SUV. My overall experience with Fiesta was very good. Ron, Ben and Isaac were very friendly and thorough. I offer my recommendation. More

We love our new C-Max, it provides us with fantastic fuel efficiency, a very smooth ride, great maneuverability, style and an impressive technology package. My thanks to Fiesta Ford and our sales consultant, Scott Johnson for doing such a great job for us. There was no haggling on our deal, we made our requests on pricing and options and the dealership worked to get us the right model at the right price to suit our needs. I was expecting a typical visit to a car dealer, with salespeople pressuring you to buy a car etc. However, my visit was a complete success! Sylvia Rodriguez could not have been nicer. I am very disappointed with your service department. I feel as though they were just guessing what was wrong with my 97 Ford F-150 in the week of Dec 17, 2013. I agreed to pay $100 for them to do a diagn feel as though they were just guessing what was wrong with my 97 Ford F-150 in the week of Dec 17, 2013. I agreed to pay $100 for them to do a diagnostic test to find out exactly why my truck wasn't starting. After they "TESTED" my truck they told me I needed a new battery so I bought one and told them to please do it. Well then they call me back because obviously that wasn't why my truck wasn't working. They then said I needed a new fuel pump. That's when my "SCAM RADAR" was going off in my head because I just replaced the fuel pump the week prior getting it towed to you because that was my first guess as to why my truck wouldn't start. After I told him no you're wrong he then wanted me to pay $300 for them to do another diagnostic but for my fuel pump.... I decided to tow my truck to somebody else who is a certified tech who also charged me $100 for a vehicle diagnostic and guess what........ his diagnostic test said I needed a new computer, he replaced and now I am driving again because he actually took the time to test my truck instead of playing the guessing game with me to rack up my unnecessary service bill. I don't think I should have to pay your service dept for not doing their job. If anything refund the whole battery BS that wasn't the problem. I took this to blue and he told me he would call me to work something out and I never heard from again. I then called the service manager Scott who says that he doesn't believe they did anything wrong... The least he could do is say sorry and maybe a free car wash but instead he decided his pride was more important than a loyal paying customer. More
