Scott was very nice and welcoming, as he was the same employee that helped my wife get her Ford Edge. Both vehicles, our Ford Edge and Ford Fusion, are great solid feel vehicles with a feeling of a touch employee that helped my wife get her Ford Edge. Both vehicles, our Ford Edge and Ford Fusion, are great solid feel vehicles with a feeling of a touch of luxury(both my previous car, a Toyota Corolla, and my Ford Fusion were mostly basic models, the Fusion being WAY more solid, open, and in every way better, the Corolla left me feeling like i got a lemon). Scott helped me sync my Bluetooth device and registered me online with it, as well as worked around my time schedule to do so. The only issue, if any, was when it came down to price, as it probably does for most vehicles. My wifes' Ford Edge was more expensive than my car, even after money down, yet for the Fusion the asking price monthly was much higher than the Edge. My only assumption would be that the car was a year newer, and that we put no money down due to our budget. Luckily the sales associate(not Scott, his name escapes me) worked down the price for us to a reasonable level, and for the first time since owning a vehicle i feel like i got a car that suits me. All in all, My experience at Ford was a pleasant one, and i would definitely recommend it to friends, and i will definitely direct them to Scott. Thanks for getting it in blue for me Scott! More
