We had not planned December 12, 2012 My wife was in an awful car accident, totaling our 2005 DeVille with 75,000 miles on it, in perfect condition. We had not planned to purchase any new car for at least another year or two. We did some quick research and decided to purchase a Hybrid and move away from Cadillac. We checked out the Chevy Volt / Hyundai Hybrid / Toyota Prius / and / the Ford Focus. Then we needed to find a dealer to do business with that was fair and trustworthy. We tried the COSTCO Auto Program and visited with a dealership they sent us to but it seemed that did not care one way or the other whether we purchased from them or not. We did visit with two other FORD Dealerships and selected to do business with FIESTA because from the start of our buying event with them they seemed to care that we took the time to come in and were Very Willing to do what was necessary to earn our business. Because my wife is still not able to drive, they even delivered the car to our home. They went out of their way to negotiate a fair price for the both of us. I am pleased with FIESTA. They were fair and very easy to transact our business. I would recommend them to anyone. Finally, they were very courteous and quick to do our 1,000 check-over. No problems found and they even washed the car. More
Awesome dealership. Everyone at dealership very helpful and friendly. My sales people worked very hard to accomplish what I wanted in a car, price and payment. It was extremely pleasant working with the f and friendly. My sales people worked very hard to accomplish what I wanted in a car, price and payment. It was extremely pleasant working with the finance person_no pressure to buy upgrades however a good explanation of options available. I experienced their great customer service again when my add-on alarm system was not working properly the next day. They got my vehicle in right away, gave me a loaner car, and had it operating correctly when I picked it up. I have never seen such great attitudes, a nice office appearance and great service in all my life. This is my first Ford! and it will not be my last. I am so impressed with the quality of my C-Max and hope Ford keeps up the good work! More

I was shocked by the treatment I received at this dealership.
I caught the tech talking to some girl acrossed the street from the dealer while he was supposed to be test driving my truck. They wer dealership.
I caught the tech talking to some girl acrossed the street from the dealer while he was supposed to be test driving my truck. They were supposed to fix a passeger air bag rattles and reseal the rear window, niether which they did. I had to take my truck back for the window the next week.
After they attempted to seal the window I noticed the air bag was still rattling so I opened the glove box and looked up in to see if there was something I could do to fix it myself, that's when I found a green scratchy pad stuck up in my dash. I know for a fact that it was not there before because I installed an alarm system and looked there before to see if I could put the control unit up there since that is the recommended spot.
So to put a long story short they didn't fix anything they were supposed to fix. The tech used my truck for his personal errands, they did a lousy job of washing it and the service rep brushed me off when I told him about the tech acrossed the street.
The part that really upsets me is that they tried to fix my air bag rattle with a scratchy pad! This is a safety feature not just some piece of plastic that isn't tightened down properly. More
