Came in to have my 2021 Explorer repaired from a recall notice. Service department offered no solution to an already full shuttle service back to my home. Did not offer me a loaner car or to pay for an Uber ride. When my car was done, I waited 35 minutes for my car to be brought out to the pickup area. The repair work on the vehicle was done well. However, no car wash. This is my first Ford vehicle in 15 years and we love the vehicle, but the service and commitment to details is nowhere close to Acura. More

I would have rated them higher except that I called the Finance Dept. and got the voice mail for the Finance Manager. I called him to see what their finance rate was. Alonso, my Service Manager has been honest and straight forward each time I've worked with him. An explanation for what might be the problem and how they were going to repair the issue has been forth right forward each time I've worked with him. I have both left the vehicle there at the shop and on at least two occasions I have waited. Each time the repair was completed in the time span quoted by Mr. Vibanco. I am now not living in Palm Desert, however I trust and believe in Mr. Vibanco and the quality of workmanship done on my Explorer at Fiesta Ford.
