Ralph Navarro is an absolute rockstar. I had my 2022 Kia Carnival in there for service. When it was ready, they gave me the key.... only to discover that it wasnt ready. The access panel w I had my 2022 Kia Carnival in there for service. When it was ready, they gave me the key.... only to discover that it wasnt ready. The access panel was off with a bunch of wires hanging out. Slightly upset, I went back inside and let them know that it wasnt ready. Ralph overheard the conversation and joked "just trade it in for a new one". Thats where he got us! we were so comfortable with him that we went over numbers and agreed to pay $400/mo additionally to be in a 2024 Telluride X-Pro. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and if Ralph wanted to leave Kia, id hire him immediately. More
