I walked in to the dealership everyone was friendly, nice and outgoing. Matthew Harwell was my sales representative, he is an amazing person to work with, very knowledgeable with cars. This was the worse experience that I have had at Fiesta. The 3% charge for using a credit card! Plus the total lack of professionalism by Roy K.
