The staff are always very nice and honest about everything that has to be done to our vehicles. I did make a appointment for a trans service and a oil change, I was given a quote on the phone, I was greeted with a big smile and a very friendly employ , I was told it would take about one hour to finish the job, WOW all dona in 1 hr and 10 mins an the price was just what I was given over the phone, and to add another smile for me my Kia was washes and clean So if you heard a bad report on Garcia KIA it is total BS I would recommend it to every KIA owner Jim More

My check engine light came on while I was driving to work, I called Kia, spoke with Jacob who said he could assess the car, but most likely not leave it to be fixed.
