Right from the begining when I went to make the appointment everything went very smooth. She assisted me in coordinating with shuttle so I could get back to work in a timely manner. Once the work was complete she again contacted me. I returned back to the dealership and she went through all the details and even explained my warranty and the extended warranty I purchased.
