Disappointed in communication in response oil change & tire rotation. Quoted 1.5 hours, and was there 3. I wasn't notified or checked in with when exceeding the 1.5 hours. I have visited multiple Kia Services throughout the US, and honestly I was really disappointed with the customer service and presence of employees at the entire dealership. I recommend the dealership for location, cleanliness and attractiveness of the dealership, but as for the sales and management department, communication and presence needs some work please. More
Tyronne was great. Patient and worked with me until all the repairs were complete to my satisfaction.
