José Mendoza was great! Explained the process to my wife and I with clarity and understanding. He knew exactly what we wanted and he made sure that we were taken care of. I asked him if it was ok and he said no problem and proceeded to change it. Another employee came up to him and exchanged words. After he walked off Clarence came up to him with an attitude and proceeded to yell at the Inoch, the helpful employee, and threatened him yelling "you and i will have a problem"! I then told Clarence he was being hard on the guy and that he should take him away from the customers and the other employees. He then looked at me and yelled in a VERY loud voice. " The next time you come in here you need to go get a work order and that's it"! I then just said oh no and walked to the showroom. I spoke to Mr Silva about it and assured me he and the GM would speak to him. This incident has caused me to rethink mine and wife's upcoming purchases of 2 Subarus. I hope this is addressed appropriately. More
