My vehicle was in the service department and upon my arrival, the sales associate Dionel Ortiz was not professional with his customer service. When I asked if they were able to find what was wrong, the arrival, the sales associate Dionel Ortiz was not professional with his customer service. When I asked if they were able to find what was wrong, the first thing he said was "No" and followed by saying " Well, you need to take it to the jeep dealership." My question is why when I bought it here. He was not friendly and was not willing to talk and said "let me get the manager and he can talk to you." There was no customer service provided on his behalf. After I went to get my receipt, there was no "thank you " he just turned around and started to talk to the associate next to him. Very bad customer service for a well known dealership. More
I took my truck there for a service at the beginning of the week of aug and they gave me a 2 week’s waiting period to get service, then I took the truck around the 15th and took another week to fix it. Even thou it took lots of day but the waiting was worth it. We the customers need to understand and be patience with the agency and the representatives and managers of the Nissan company on this pandemic, parts, labor, workers, products, etc is a shortage of all of that, We need the customers need to be understandable and be patient enough on thes pandemic season. I am very happy customer Thanks to Linda Perez customer representative and specially thanks to the service manager Clarance Morris. They do everything to make the best of it. I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from this dealership a couple months after my 1st purchase. This time very disappointed in service. I took my vehicle on a Saturday evening. Returned it Monday for sunroof couple months after my 1st purchase. This time very disappointed in service. I took my vehicle on a Saturday evening. Returned it Monday for sunroof repair and recall service. A week later my sunroof still unfixed. Had to pick up my vehicle to go out of town and received it damaged and milage was already at 200(+) Miles from when I left it. It's obvious my vehicle was used for some type of cargo and damaged in the process. But no accountability was taken. I reached out to management team and have yet to receive a response from them. Never again will I trust Fiesta Nissan with my vehicle or return for more vehicle purchases. The quality of care and accountability is non existent to say the least. Very disappointed. Sadly they still have to fix my sunroof. More

I called the dealer because of a recall notice we received in the mail. I spoke with Linda Perez on 5/4, and was given an appt for the next day 5/5. Upon arriving Linda immediately took care of my ve received in the mail. I spoke with Linda Perez on 5/4, and was given an appt for the next day 5/5. Upon arriving Linda immediately took care of my vehicles need with the recall notice and also said that it was time for an oil change. Shuttle brought me home and my vehicle was ready in a timely manner. Thanks Linda. Excellent service! More
