Service advisor was not good. I had to be following up with him he never kept me up to date. Text me saying my vehicle was ready, got to the there and told me he never told me tha I had to be following up with him he never kept me up to date. Text me saying my vehicle was ready, got to the there and told me he never told me that had to show him the message and just says oh wrong customer. Told me my car would be ready by noon next day called around 11am and he told me it wasn’t ready. More

It's sad and False advertisement, I found a car on Fiesta website that I was interested for my daughter. I called a sales manager for availability and they assure me that vehicle was available so I drove the website that I was interested for my daughter. I called a sales manager for availability and they assure me that vehicle was available so I drove there, and car was sold days before. Also, once on dealership I was interested in another small vehicle and wanted to negotiate on my trade in. I asked for this new vehicle information and after 1 1/2 hours waiting for a response on cheaper car, I was offered a more expensive and bigger vehicle that I never drove nor even asked for info on. I walked out cause I was waiting on the response and information on trade in offer and final payment on cheaper car and I was getting pursued to get a bigger and more expensive vehicle way too big for my daughter to drive. Really sad More

Linda was always communicating each step of the way while my car was being serviced. My experience was Great and Linda was the main reason why I would be going back to Fiesta Nissan .
