Be advised that my experience at fiesta Nissan Dealership was excellent. The employee who attended me was Mr. Mario Chávez. Wow! I just wasted more than one hour at this place. Really bad customer service to go along with it. So my tires needed nitrogen and the Bert Ogden N I just wasted more than one hour at this place. Really bad customer service to go along with it. So my tires needed nitrogen and the Bert Ogden Nissan McAllen location does not have nitrogen available at the moment. I went to Fiesta Nissan after calling to confirm that it was available and that I was going to be able to get it in my tires. "Sure!" "Come on in" they said. Mind you there is no mention that there was a fee for the service. Older gentleman, very helpful, rights up a ticket with my vehicle information and asks me to wait. "Someone will be with you shortly" he said. Cool, Right! Well the service guy comes over and I explain to him that my tires need nitrogen. He doesn't seem to have a care in the world and says he needs to ask. Comes back and say his manager is out to lunch after walking around, what seemed aimlessly, trying to figure out what to do. Which he then tells me the nitrogen unit / machine was not quite working but that he could try. So I of course said yes. He then leaves again and comes back with his so called manager. His so called manager tells me the machine is not functioning well but they could try to put nitrogen in my tires but if it was not working that he was just going to put air in my tires. Mind you, till this point, there has been no mention of a fee. Wow! Wait! What!?!?! No! I said, you are not going to put air in my tires. That is not what I asked you for. Long story short. I got horrible service and No Nitrogen in my tires. Ugh!!! I was so upset, disappointed, and frustrated. After the service guy told me to wait inside that he was gonna fill my tires, he came inside to tell me there was a fee for the service. Ugh! What a waist of time. There is no fee when I go to McAllen and get Nitrogen in my tires. The problem is there is no nitrogen available in McAllen. God!! I could just scream. More

My vehicle was in the service department and upon my arrival, the sales associate Dionel Ortiz was not professional with his customer service. When I asked if they were able to find what was wrong, the arrival, the sales associate Dionel Ortiz was not professional with his customer service. When I asked if they were able to find what was wrong, the first thing he said was "No" and followed by saying " Well, you need to take it to the jeep dealership." My question is why when I bought it here. He was not friendly and was not willing to talk and said "let me get the manager and he can talk to you." There was no customer service provided on his behalf. After I went to get my receipt, there was no "thank you " he just turned around and started to talk to the associate next to him. Very bad customer service for a well known dealership. More
I took my truck there for a service at the beginning of the week of aug and they gave me a 2 week’s waiting period to get service, then I took the truck around the 15th and took another week to fix it. Even thou it took lots of day but the waiting was worth it. We the customers need to understand and be patience with the agency and the representatives and managers of the Nissan company on this pandemic, parts, labor, workers, products, etc is a shortage of all of that, We need the customers need to be understandable and be patient enough on thes pandemic season. I am very happy customer Thanks to Linda Perez customer representative and specially thanks to the service manager Clarance Morris. They do everything to make the best of it.
