I have purchased two Subaru Outbacks (2020 and 2021) from this dealership. I have two major complaints: 1) the leather seats on the 2021 have separated from the seam on both the driver and passenger side, this dealership. I have two major complaints: 1) the leather seats on the 2021 have separated from the seam on both the driver and passenger side, the vehicle has less than 20,000 miles. I was told by the dealership that yes, this was indeed an issue, but that the vehicle is out of warranty. This is clearly a manufacturer's issue and given the usage it should be fixed. The dealership said the cost will fall on me and I was told to contact Subaru of NA to see if they would help. Very poor customer service 2) There is a battery issue with my Subaru's if sitting for 4-5 weeks. The battery drains from an ongoing connection with the Starlink program. I have had to have two batteries replaced and was NEVER told about this issue with Subaru but told that while they would replace my battery, the next time was on me. This is a known issue with Subaru and customer service NEVER advised me of such and that the fix might need to be a trickle charger. Instead, they indicated that the next time the battery died, it was on me. Not acceptable in my opinion. More

I had an outstanding experience at Fiesta Subaru from first outreach to Jerry Janis, my sales representative, through my first visit the following day with a test drive and auto selection, to the final d first outreach to Jerry Janis, my sales representative, through my first visit the following day with a test drive and auto selection, to the final day of purchase and pickup. This was the second opportunity I had to work with Jerry as my husband and I purchased a 2025 Outback less than a year ago. Based on my prior experience with Jerry and the other members of the Fiesta Subaru team, I knew I would be in excellent hands and have a highly rated car - a 2025 Crosstrek. Jerry was informative, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process! I note that everyone in the dealership was welcoming and friendly - a really amazing place and I have found this to be the case with service as well! More
I didn't have any service done, I bought a new vehicle and went to 1:1 training to learn all the bells whistles associated with my new car. Customer service was exceeded my expectation. I had a bad battery which left me stranded. After a tow company jumped my car i headed straight there and showed up at 430, on a Friday, no appointme I had a bad battery which left me stranded. They replaced the battery and checked to make sure there were no other issues. The waiting area felt like home, lots of extra touches including snacks. Everyone was so friendly, They even washed my car! Made a bad day turn out great. More
Fiesta Subaru used to have fantastic service. Unfortunately, along with the new facility has come a new attitude. Lost reservations; incomplete service and no sense of urgency.
