She went over everything in the vehicle so I would be comfortable driving home. She is a true professional and is highly customer service oriented. She was great.SM Mike was totally awesome. I test drove a car on Monday. Fell in love with it. I knew I was chancing it by waiting until Thursday to purchase it. I live in Taos so I asked him the morning of Thursday if it was there and he said yes. I drove there, saw the car on the lot. Yay... NO!!!! As soon as they found out I was not trading in, and going across the street to Carmax to get $2k more than they were offering, Sean called me and said his boss had sold that car to Enterprise..but if I want to come back and look at something else I could. What a joke!!!! xxxx poor business !
