Have you checked out the dog park out front? There is also a cool bicycle repair station out front for all to use. Complete with tools and an air pump. See you again for your next service.

It's all the way from Switzerland and can make everything from Coffee to flat Whites to Lattes to my favorite Cappuccinos and of course hot water. Since it is colder now I am trying to stock more teas and hot chocolate options.
