I needed to confirm a specific time frame as I live several hours away from any Subaru Dealership, preferring to go to ABQ rather than El Paso or Lubbock, and only had a Saturday morning available due to travel conflicts, I NEVER received a call back, NEVER. I called 1-800 Subaru, was helped over the phone that could take my business to a local oil/lube location, that the warranty is valid with receipt/records. So I did that, went to Jiffy Lube. Then 3 weeks later I get a $5.00 coupon in mail from Fiesta Subaru. Ha,ha, I wont be using them ever. More
