They charged my card for the down payment and told me to go get insurance f My name is Sylvester I got approved for a vehicle through this dealership. They charged my card for the down payment and told me to go get insurance for the vehicle. I stay 4 hours away I ask is everything good to go before I drove 4 hours they said yes. So the day it was time for me to come I got a rental car they said not to come the finance manager was off. So I had to wait until the next day so I extended the rental, drove out there and they told me there paperwork was screwed up due to an audit so I couldn’t get the vehicle go to another dealership. But they had the car I wanted, the price range I wanted and the trim. They said we can’t reimburse you rental charges or insurance they told me to get. So I asked for my down payment back they said it will go back to your card but we don’t know when. So I had to get another rental car to get home, 3 days of rental charges gas to fill up twice insurance on a vehicle that I couldn’t get because of there paperwork even though a bank financed me for it. They was not at all worried about the money I loss or the time I wasted. There fake reviews on their site. I do not want anyone to go through what I went through be careful dealing with these scammers More

Misleading at times Bought truck at wrong time. Dealership was going thru an audit and my truck could not be picked up until a week after. Truck was supposed to be clean Bought truck at wrong time. Dealership was going thru an audit and my truck could not be picked up until a week after. Truck was supposed to be clean and the bed still had plastic pieces and leaves in it. Carlos was my first salesman and seemed to be nonexistent when I was not able to get my truck as promised. No one called me from the dealship to tell me about it. I spoke with internet sales and they told me to come in to pick up the truck. Well, I showed up and I waited for 2 hours to finally find out the truck was not going to be released. The loan was done and down payment was taken. Lydia Flores did an excellent job once I was dealing with her. Emilio also but the truck was still dirty and I was promised it would be detailed for all the trouble. Marc was good too. I understand the dealership was going thru something but it would have been nice not to drive 40 minutes and not have the vehicle I was getting. More

We needed a truck I was having a hard time finding a truck. This was the 10th dealer I had been to. Mario listened to what I wanted and showed me exactly what I was loo I was having a hard time finding a truck. This was the 10th dealer I had been to.
