They have better inventory. They didn't have what I wanted, but managed to get one from another dealership. Some mix up with paperwork, so I had to go back. I never buy paint protection, especially since it requires reapplication every 6 months only at Henderson, which is a 1.5 hr drive roundtrip. Upselling is a given, and should be for something I want. I would have preferred a warranty extension, which I have purchased in the past from Findlay. More
