Chris from service is horrible. If you’re assigned Chris as your service advisor, just know that he will lie and speak nonsense when you call out his xx. Long story short: Br If you’re assigned Chris as your service advisor, just know that he will lie and speak nonsense when you call out his xx. Long story short: Brought my car in for a service update. Chris calls me hours later to say that it was “already done during my previous visit”. That was a lie. I go back to the dealership and he shows me a TSB doc that has nothing to do with why I even came in that day. I pointed that out and provided proof that the update was not completed. Chris then acts oblivious, and points the finger at the Technician and GM and says, “I don’t know why. This is where we’re at right now”. Chris is a horrible Service Advisor and should have reviewed the proof that I showed him with his manager/team instead of trying to lie. Terrible service. More
My first visit years ago I asked Todd to always inspect and keep me on track with what I need to do to take care of my car. He has never failed me. Warned me of what's next and has been right.
