I came in that day just driving around checking out cars. I had been thinking about buying a new car for months and was not expecting to buy that day in May 2013. Everything changed when I met Juan. It was like we were long time friends. He took care of my hydration by supplying me with 3 bottles of water without me ever having to ask. Juan explained the process to me step by step in a way I could understand. He took excellent care of my used care I decided to trade in. I received an excellent trade in deal for my used Honda CRV. I ended up purchasing the 2014 Acura RDX tech package. Juan made sure the car was washed and had a clean interior. He helped me program my vehicle to my cell phone. He has contacted me since the purchase to follow up on my experience and any thing further I might need. Every time I go back to Acura for a free car wash I say hello to Juan and give him a hug!
