I have givin this dealer a 5 for several reasons. First, my vehicle was ready sooner than expected. Second, when I picked up my vehicle it was washed and ready to go. You would have thought I was some kind of celebrity, the way I was treated. Not only did I get a fantastic deal, but when I arrived, my vehicle was "ready-to-go" - all of the paperwork was complete - my gorgeous black Saab was sitting in the showroom, ready for me to leave. I have had wonderful follow-up emails and/or phone calls; not just immediately after I bought the car, but at various times since, making sure I am still happy....I AM! I wish that more car dealers, from the General Manager down to the guy who carries out the trash, would take a lesson from the Findlay family of auto dealers.
