Mr. Norris, It's not my intention to get the salesperson in hot water; however, I felt the need to describe my experience for two reasons. One, it was so unpleasant I had to vent my frustrations and two, possibly you could benefit from my bringing this to your attention. I've bought from the Findlay family before and it was an exceptional experience... that's why I went to you first. If you still want the sales persons name I have his card.

What worries me is that this may be happening to other customers and if it's a certain individual amongst us who is causing this then we need to fix it.
