These two service guys were great I bought my vehicle in for a issue with my vehicle. I bought an Extended car warranty from the other Findlay company the Saab dealer. I've spent many days looking at car dealerships in the past. It gets to be tedious after a while. I didn't want to go that route this time. I searched online this time and decided on a car. I did an internet request for a quote and my request was sent to me the following morning, followed by a phone call from Rueben. I told him what I was looking for, he told me to stop in anytime. I am a mother of 3 small children, so being at the dealershop for a long time is not a good thing! I was in and out within an hour with all the information I needed and test drive. I went home without any pressure, which I LOVED, and talked it over with my husband. We figured out our budget, priced insurance, and decided to buy the car. I called and let them know I was on my way, they pulled the car up and had it ready for me when I got there. We had the deal done within the hour, and I was on my way in my new car. It was by FAR, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Kudos to Rueben for getting me all the information I needed, and also to Scott who was the salesman that did our deal for us.
