My husband and I have bought a lot of cars and trucks during our 38 years of marriage and I would have to say this was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. As soon as we walked during our 38 years of marriage and I would have to say this was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. As soon as we walked on the lot everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the type of truck we were looking for. One of the things I dislike most, is pushy sales people, and I was surprised to deal with the complete opposite at Findlay Chevrolet. In fact everyone we encountered bent over backwards to do what they could to make the process of buying a vehicle as plesant and easy as possible. Our sales reprentative was Brian Savinda and we appreciated how patient he was with all our questions, I would recommend him and Findaly Chevrolet to friends and family, I know they would be in good hands! WE DROVE TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN TO CHECK OUT FINDLAY CHEVROLET. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. WE MET OUR SALESMAN, DAVE AND IT WAS LIKE MEETING AN OLD FRIEND. HE MADE THE CHOICE SO EASY FOR US. ON TO FINANCE AND MATT, AGAIN THE EXPLANATION OF OUR OPTIONS AND CHOICES WERE CAREFULLY EXPLAINED TO US AND MADE SO EASY. THEN CAME MONDAY, MARCH 5,2012, THE DAY WE PICKED UP OUR CAR AND MIKE WAS THERE TO WALK US THROUGH ALL THE GIZMOS AND GADGETS, EVEN US NON-TECHNICAL PEOPLE UNDERSTOOD.
