He was very knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in, he took his time answering all of my questions( I actually visited him 4 times over a month and a half period). He called when promised. In every interaction I had with Jeff, I always felt at ease, not pressured, and never felt like I was being "haggled" with. I have purchased with the Findlay Family of dealerships since 2000, and Jeff has still made me want to continue to be a Findlay customer. I ended up buying 2 vehicles from him at the same time. Even though Jeff has already "made the sale", he still continues to follow up with me periodically to ensure that I am happy with my purchase. I have already recommended him to my co-workers!! More
