I just wanted to send a very large "THANK YOU!!" to Don Pagel and Jon Steinzor. These two guys are amazing!! We moved to Blue Diamond/Decatur area over a year ago. I have been taking our '08 H3 Hummer to the Cadillac dealership in the Auto Valley Mall. I didn't want to drive that far anymore and decided to try Findley Chevrolet…I'm so thankful I did! My first trip in I met Don Pagel. From the beginning he has been wonderful. He will always go out of his way to make sure all my needs (and concerns) have been addressed and/or fixed. Even when I was out of town, Don was only a phone call away, he calmed my nerves letting me know that the H3 will be okay for the drive back home (we had thermostat/over heating issues). Jon Steinzor is the only person who has been fixing/repairing our H3 and I wouldn't want anyone else. Which brings me to today in writing this review…..I CAN NOT "THANK YOU" ENOUGH FOR DON PAGEL AND JON STEINZOR!!! I was pulling out of my driveway when I noticed my parking brake sensor light still on. The parking brake would not release. I called Don immediately, since it was a Saturday at noon and because I didn't know if I needed to have it towed to the dealership for them to have a look at it. Don tried to rely how to manually unlock it, but my husband and myself are not mechanically savvy. So he stated "We'll be right over". Within 20 minutes, Don and Jon pulled in front of my house. Jon was able to manually release the parking brake and determine what was happening. So now I'm scheduled for next Friday to have it repaired, but in the meantime I'm so thankful we are able to drive it until then. We just have to be careful not to lock the brake (cautious habit of ours). Again, I can not express how grateful I am to have these two guys go out of their way to help us out. It was above and beyond anything that has ever happened to me, THANK YOU! If you ever need your vehicle serviced, the BEST place to go is Findley Chevrolet. Ask for Don Pagel and make sure Jon Steinzor is your technician. More

We had just gone to the Costco web site to research their recommended Chevrolet dealership, when we got a call from Mr. Mark Olson about the car we were considering. He quickly sent us information on a car recommended Chevrolet dealership, when we got a call from Mr. Mark Olson about the car we were considering. He quickly sent us information on a car that was in stock. An appointment was set up for the next day, and we saw, discussed, and ultimately purchased the car. We were pleased with the friendly service we received and the final price at which we arrived. Everyone at the dealership was accomodating and they answered fully any question we asked. This is my second purchase made at Findlay Chevrolet, and I will say once again that they have a customer for life in me. I received an email in regard to the vehicle exchange program, and after speaking on I will say once again that they have a customer for life in me. I received an email in regard to the vehicle exchange program, and after speaking on the phone and receiving information about it from JT, I came in to start the process. Brian was my main sales person through the process, and to say he was friendly and kept me in the loop the entire time wouldn't do him justice. Once the sales process was complete, Mike offered a little fun while we did the setup and send off, and away I drove in my new car. Once again, a huge thank you to the entire staff at Findlay, keep up the great work. More

First of all Jose Tabares is one of the most incredible car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Jose took me under his wing and showed me everything I needed to know about the Volt. A car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Jose took me under his wing and showed me everything I needed to know about the Volt. After our test drive, in order to get me into exactly what I wanted, he even offered a low-mileage used Volt. In the end, they ran the numbers on both new and used and the new lease made more sense. This dealership is very customer focussed with NO pressure whatsoever. If I could make any suggestion for improvement it would be that they have the service staff necessary on Saturdays to support new car sales. I was unable to leave with my new vehicle due to the fact that all of the service advisors trained to do a new Volt delivery were gone at 1 p.m. on Saturday. Even though I did not get to pick up my vehicle until 4 p.m. the following Monday, it was still an overall amazing car buying experience. Mike did a great job during the delivery to ensure that I was fully aware of all the systems on the Volt and made sure that I left with no questions unanswered. What an AMAZING team Findlay has built! More
I enjoy doing business with Findlay Chevrolet because they treated customer right. Both George Herold & Ken Doyle did a super job in showing me the available inventory of the model I was looking for. They gave me a more than market price trade-in on my car. Mike Chance gave a very detail explanation of the car features during delivery.
