We did not feel pressured which is the major fear we had before going to look for a car.. Return calls were made promptly which is a big plus! Geoff in financing was so professional and didn/'t push us to take features we didn't want. Mike spent a lot of time orienting us to our new vehicle. He was sooooooo patient and we really appreciated that because we are not computer oriented people and our new car has a lot of features that really needed explaining to us.We had been dreading going for a new car because previous experiences were stressful, but this was really wonderful because of the attitudes of the people we dealt with. After having our brakes (supposedly) repaired at the Chevy dealership in Pahrump, it became apparent coming down off of Mountain Springs' pass on Route 160 that they still did not work well. We drove our truck straight to the Findley Chevrolet dealership. Upon our arrival, my husband was very angry that the dealership in Pahrump had screwed up our brake job and endangered our family's safety. Billy Chang greeted us and was very professional and calming. He arranged for our truck to immediately be looked at in their service center. Since we had family commitments that day, he also arranged for us to get a rental so we could safely continue on our way. Our truck was repaired before closing that same day and when we returned to pick up our truck, Mr. Chang explained what the problem had been and even showed us videos of our brake drums being repaired. Our brakes worked beautifully. After seeing the videos and listening to Mr. Chang's explanation of the repairs, my husband was able to go to the dealership in Pahrump and explain to them in detail why our original brake job nearly cause our brakes to fail. The Pahrump dealership ended up admitting their error and refunding our money for the original brake job. Billy Chang was able to calm my husband down, facilitate our brake's correct repairs and enabled up to even enjoy our family event that day. Dealerships need more employees like Billy Chang. His attention to detail and superior customer service was outstanding! Many kudos to this employee! More

J. T. Thomas was amazing! I called on a Friday night and told him exactly what I was looking for. Within 30 minutes he called back said he had the EXACT Equinox. 30 minutes after that he called with my EX told him exactly what I was looking for. Within 30 minutes he called back said he had the EXACT Equinox. 30 minutes after that he called with my EXACT numbers. He stayed late that night to make sure that all paper work was done and that my new 2013 Chevy Equinox was washed and gassed and ready to go. I arrived at the store on Saturday morning, signed papers and was out the door in less than an Hr. JT was great! I would definitely recommend calling ahead, asking for him, and coming in after all numbers are given verbally. He was fast, had answers to questions I had and I look forward to working with him on my future leases. Thank you JT!! More
After selecting to call dealer for an online quoted price of a 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche, I was told and assured that there where no other fees other than the ones explained on the online add & a docking fee. of a 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche, I was told and assured that there where no other fees other than the ones explained on the online add & a docking fee. When I got there to test the vehicle (vin# verified) they had upgraded it with packages that where significantly more. Those where custom chrome wheels & a Navigation pack. I requested they change back to original stock wheels & change back to original factory installed radio comm system as described in their adds both online in Findlay website & Auto Trader. They said no & that I would have to pay the cost of swapping them back. Literally pay more for a downgrade. What is worst they gave me a total price first & when ready to make deal they rejected their final agreed amount price because it would cost them money to downgrade the wheels & a radio. It is bad to waste your customers time and play the car dealer games we customers hate. Bad business practices lead to loss of business and affects customer confidence in the business' honesty. More
